What does Bramble actually do?

It reads the documents on a file and produces the work that comes out of them: renewal and quote comparisons, certificate batches, coverage checks against a lease. Every value it returns carries the verbatim wording it was read from, so the work can be checked rather than trusted.

What can it read?

Policies, dec pages, endorsements, wordings, leases, tenders, lender requirement letters, carrier quotes, and the email threads they arrived in. PDFs, Word and Excel files, and scans.

Does it issue certificates on its own?

No. The regulated act is issuance, and Bramble stops short of it. Nothing binds, issues, or reaches a client without a licensed person approving it. In Canada that gate is enforced; in the United States it is configurable.

Do you train models on our documents?

No. Your documents are used to answer your questions and nothing else. They are not used to train or fine-tune models, and they are not pooled across firms.

How do we check an answer?

Every extraction, comparison and edit is timestamped and attributed, with the source quote attached. When an E&O question comes back a year later, the file shows what was read, what was flagged, and who signed off.
